Bennie’s | Interior Design

Interiors

Bennie’s is our take on the neighbourhood clubhouse. A warm and welcoming pub and restaurant at the heart of The Kithmore, just moments from the Old Course in St Andrews. Designed around familiarity, character and a strong sense of place, the interiors reimagine the charm of a traditional Scottish pub through a more refined, contemporary lens.

Bennie’s is a place to settle in. For long lunches, a pint after a round, dinner with friends and evenings that run later than planned. Rich timber, heritage detailing and collected layers of furniture, artwork and objects give the space a sense of history and permanence. Intimate corners sit alongside the energy of the bar, creating a space that changes naturally throughout the day.
Familiar but considered. Refined without feeling precious.
A neighbourhood clubhouse designed to feel like it has always belonged in St Andrews.

The Kithmore

Branding | Digital | Interiors | Strategy

Just steps from the Old Course, The Kithmore marks the transformation of one of St Andrews' most established hotels into a contemporary boutique destination rooted in local character.

Formerly The Ardgowan Hotel, Crown Creative led the complete repositioning of the property, from naming and strategic positioning to brand identity, interiors, art direction, website and rollout. Working alongside Marram Hotel Collection and the wider project team (ICA, Carrie Neely Art), we helped shape every aspect of the guest experience, creating a hotel that feels less like a destination and more like a natural part of St Andrews.

Si Cara Boston | Interior Design

Si-Cara’s interior design represents an idea central to Chef Mike Lombardi’s vision - Simple things done well.
Located in South Boston’s suburbs this is a true neighbourhood eatery with community at its core.

Si Cara is about love. It’s a place for family, for friends and for remembering where we came from. It’s about appreciating the simple things, the little things done with care and craft. The things we remember most, the days we cherished and the people we loved the most.

We’d yell out to her and she would promptly respond “Si Carino” or “Si Cara” which is Italian means “yes my love”

Chipeen Ireland

Branding | Digital | Interiors | Roll Out | Strategy

Chipeen is a chip shop based in Galway established in 2026 by Joe and Barney Gaughan. Serving up fresh Irish chips on Shop Street, they are a modern and exciting part of Galways' burgeoning culinary scene, blending an authentic Irish sensibility with a youthful sense of hospitality.

Ireland has for generations been synonymous with the potato. And yet almost 80% of the chips served in Irish chip shops are imported - frozen, pre-cut, mass-produced, shipped in from Europe and dropped in a fryer.

Established by Galway brothers Barney and Joe, Prátaí set out to change that. A proudly local chipper using fresh Irish potatoes, hand-cut daily and twice-fried in rapeseed oil, with house-made sauces built around Irish produce.

With the concept validated and the queues out the door, the team spotted the opportunity: the brand now needed to catch up with the ambition of what they were building.

Crown Creative was asked to rebrand Prátaí - with a brief to craft an identity and a voice with the same pride, personality, and sense of place as the chip itself. The result was Chipeen, and Proper Irish Chips.

Nomadic Watches | Interior Design

Interiors

Nestled in the heart of Belfast, the Nomadic Watches flagship store and workshop proudly places Ireland on the global map of fine watchmaking.

When shaping the interior vision, our aim was to echo the brand’s mission: to carry forward the legacy of the city we call home, a place defined by craftsmanship, pride, and resilience, just as the pioneering shipbuilders did more than a century ago.

The space is a long, slender volume with a striking glazed façade, spread across two levels. Our vision was to craft an immersive retail journey, where refined detailing draws attention to the quality of each timepiece. At the heart of the design lies a distinctive feature: the watch workshop, positioned at the rear and framed by a vast glass screen — an open invitation for customers to witness, and almost step into, the artistry of watchmaking itself.

Birch Cabins | Interior Design

Interiors

Tucked away within the woodlands of a serene country estate in Killinchy, Northern Ireland, Birch Cabins offers a refined escape that focuses on relaxation.

When designing the interiors, we grounded our concept in four key principles: connection, nature, locality, and comfort. Each cabin, elevated above the lake and tucked into the tree line, is cleverly crafted to frame sweeping views through expansive glass windows. This seamless transition between indoors and outdoors invites guests to sit back and immerse themselves in nature, all while enjoying the refined comforts you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

The cabins have a compact floor print measuring 20 Sq M. Ensuring the space felt tranquil while highly functional with luxury touch points was key to the spatial planning. A large bathroom is tucked to the rear of a king size bed with views out over the tree canopy. To the right of the entry is a functional kitchen space with integrated dining.
