A few updates from across the studio, celebrating well-deserved promotions and welcoming new members to the Crown Creative team.
We’re sharing a few team updates from across the studio – including two well-deserved promotions and three brilliant new joiners.
It’s a pleasure to recognise people who have grown with the studio and contributed so much to our work, culture, and the team around them. It’s also exciting to welcome new people who bring fresh experience, energy and perspective as we continue to take on projects around the world.
Celebrating promotions
We’re delighted to share that Kate Tracey has been promoted to Design Director.
Kate has been with Crown Creative for just four years, and this promotion is a reflection of the impact she has had on our studio, our work and our team. She is not only a fantastic designer, but a tremendous leader – someone who continues to set the standard for those around her and act as a reference point for our wider design team.
Kate’s creativity, judgement and generosity have made her an incredibly important part of Crown Creative, and we’re very proud to recognise that with this new role.
We’re also very pleased to share that Adam Bell has been promoted to Midweight Designer & Associate Art Director.
Adam is something of a Swiss army knife within the studio, and this slightly unorthodox title is our attempt to capture the range of his strengths and responsibilities in a way that does him justice. Having first joined us as an intern, Adam has continued to grow in confidence, skill and creative ownership, and is a hugely valuable part of the team. His ability to move between design, art direction, ideas and execution makes him a rare talent, and we’re excited to see him continue to develop in this next stage of his career.
Welcoming new team members
Alongside these promotions, we’re also excited to welcome three new members to the Crown Creative team.
Ailbhe Diskin joins us as Senior Brand Designer, supporting the continued growth of our London office. Ailbhe is a highly skilled designer who is already showing her quality, experience and thoughtful approach within the London studio.
John McAleenon joins as Junior Web Developer / Designer, as part of the continued growth of our digital business. John’s ability to both design and develop is a rare thing to find, and we’re excited by his curiosity, design ambition and perspective he brings to the team.
Tara Moazzen joins as Midweight Interior Designer, as our interiors practice continues to grow from strength to strength. With new projects kicking off across the EU and the US, we’re excited to welcome Tara to the team and look forward to seeing her contribute to this important and exciting next chapter for the studio.
