We see hospitality everywhere — from the corner coffee shop to a fine dining restaurant, a residential tower to a 5-star hotel. We believe in the magic that a sense of hospitality can inspire no matter the project or industry.

At Crown, we are always on the lookout for the ways in which hospitality makes its way into different experiences, places, and brands — even those not traditionally defined as squarely hospitality. Through our work, we carefully observe human interactions with spaces, various mediums, and between individuals; and we dutifully study how best to optimize the human experience through a lens that’s made up of a keen mix of both intuition and empathy.

Since 2018, we’ve worked on a myriad of projects, bringing our own distinct point of view on hospitality to every one of them — be it a luxury chocolate company, coworking spaces, international hotel brands, legacy NYC restaurants, and award-winning bars. Our work has spanned multiple continents — from our own ventures in Belfast, Ireland to a range of clients in NYC, global hotel brands, and, most recently, projects in the Bahamas, the Middle East, as well as Canada.

As a tight-knit team made up of strategists, designers, and creatives, we all live, eat, and breathe hospitality, and our “hospitality everywhere” ethos comes through in the way we work via our agency’s Creative Partnership approach. In our process, we rely on a high level of empathy and intuition to guide us through projects, optimizing the final outcomes and deliverables for and to the client team. Being a creative partner means more than the typical agency-client relationship. It’s a deeper connection that yields excellent, exemplary results.

Additionally, we extend our “hospitality everywhere” into ventures of our own: from our beloved Neighbourhood Café, The Toast Office, and Hill Street Hatch. Wanting to redefine what it means to be a hospitality design studio for us means igniting our own entrepreneurial spirit. Through our own ventures, we have learned and gathered an understanding of just what it takes to run a successful hospitality venture, and we bring those learnings to all of our work.

We believe in the magic a hospitality experience manifests and we look forward to a future in which we continue to spread our hospitality everywhere ethos through even more projects.
