Hospitality Brand Strategist

We are looking for a talented Hospitality Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and nurturing long-term partnerships with our hospitality clients and should be an advocate for driving project success.

We are looking for a talented professional with 3+ years agency experience in brand strategy. Food & beverage experience is a huge plus here. The ideal individual is practiced in thinking critically about brands and businesses, crafting inspiring strategic narratives, and developing clear solutions to ambiguous problems. Above all, the Strategist demonstrates a passion for the hospitality industry and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively.

This role will report to the Strategy Director.

While Crown Creative promotes a flexible working environment, this person needs to be based in one of the below locations and have full-time availability:

New York, London, Dublin or Belfast.

  • Here are a few specifics on what you’ll be doing day to day at Crown Creative

    • Gain a deep understanding of our client’s businesses, develop hypothesis, conduct internal and external interviews, deliver insights, analysis, and recommendations to client partners

    • Drive development of strategies that solve business, brand, and culture problems

    • Manage day-to-day client relationships

    • Develop and write positioning, brand, messaging, and brand strategies for clients

    • Craft custom workshops and facilitate them with our client partners

    • Present cohesive and compelling presentations of our work to clients

    • Contribute to agency thought leadership, writing blogs, and white papers

  • With minimum 3 years of experience working as a brand strategist, you combine creativity, strategy, organisation, and a collaborative attitude. Passionate about project success and client management, you are a strong team player that is meticulous, highly organised and efficient.

    You’re able to successfully work across multiple projects simultaneously while retaining a keen eye for detail, while remaining a strong conceptual thinker with the ability to always add value.

    This is an important role workings as part of our strong team on strategy and design projects for global, high-profile brands.
