For two high-energy days each November, BDNY is the highlight event of the industry – bringing designers, architects, purchasing agents, hoteliers, owners and developers together with inventive manufacturers of design elements for hospitality interiors.
The 2023 brand campaign is inspired by the eclectic creative spirit of New York life and culture, hosting experiences to elevate talent across the hospitality design industry. The collateral design is rooted in New York's vibrancy and pairs it with the demonstration of curated design.

As an event inherently full of opportunity for connection within the hospitality design industry, 'connection' is the root idea behind BDNY touchpoints. Lines are used as a visual motif pulled from the original BDNY logo to build a narrative of connection to people and location throughout the brand.
The bold campaign utilising variable type allows BDNY to create visual impact through language, allowing for flexibility and symbolising BDNY's versatility within the hospitality industry.
A modular grid layout system creates unique compositions for collateral of all shapes and sizes. The campaign system grounds every design to a recognisably BDNY standard and voice, housing logos, headlines and copy.
Bold, high-contrast black and white with an ultra blue aligns the campaign with the energy of the event's home city and the electricity of inspiration.
