2025 is shaping up to be a big year for hospitality, with several big new openings on the horizon around the globe. From luxury beach resorts to cozy log cabins to classy city escapes, there’s a lot to look forward to. Take a peek at some of the destinations topping our wish list this year – including some flashy newcomers and some oldies but goodies we still haven’t visited. Fingers crossed this “manifesting” thing works.

Capri, Italy

Re-opened in 2022 after a stunning renovation, Capri’s oldest hotel now offers 50 exquisitely designed rooms, a rooftop restaurant and bar by renowned chef Gennaro Esposito, and a serene pool club on the island’s iconic shores.

One & Only Aesthesis

Athens, Greece

Opened in late 2023, this luxury resort is set on a private peninsula along the Athenian Riviera, featuring sleek mid-century-inspired design, multiple infinity pools, a world-class spa, and direct access to pristine beaches.

St. Regis

Cap Cana, Dominican Republic

This beachfront sanctuary in Cap Cana boasts luxurious accommodations, two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, a signature Iridium Spa, and the signature St. Regis butler service for unparalleled convenience and comfort. (We’re currently working on several brand activations on this property and can’t wait to see them come to life on-site).
